At Bluesky, Neil is responsible for managing the diaries of the directors and advisers, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and drafting new policy documents.
Neil is also involved in the preparation of all management information (MI).
The proudest moment of Neil’s career was walking into a room with 50 software engineers, giving a presentation on the services his company offered, and receiving a thunderous round of applause at the end. This led to him securing £2 million of business.
The things Neil enjoys most about his job are client interaction via telephone and supporting the advisers in face-to-face meetings. He also likes making sense of complex data so the management can make informed decisions, and helping the directors in ensuring our compliance policies are maintained and adhered to by all Bluesky staff.
In his personal life, Neil was a Scout leader for 15 years. He’s recently joined the Reading Rockets basketball club as a coach for one of their junior teams. Basketball is a sport Neil has played for more than 40 years, and he’s passionate about helping younger players learn the game.
Neil reads every day, mostly political books about the current state of the world.
