Natasha Kerzman

Natasha has been a part of the Bluesky team for three years, having originally joined as a trainee paraplanner while studying for her Diploma in Financial Planning.

In her role, Natasha supports the advisers throughout the financial planning process. This involves researching solutions, preparing reports, and building cashflow models which help clients visualise what their financial futures might look like.

The proudest moment of Natasha’s career so far was achieving her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. This involved passing six exams across different areas of financial planning, while working full-time. Passing the final exam was a proud moment, and Natasha found it really rewarding to see all the hard work and time she invested throughout the diploma pay off.

Natasha’s favourite thing about working at Bluesky is being part of someone’s financial planning journey. She finds it rewarding to see how the work we do creating a financial plan helps our clients as they work to achieve their goals for the future.

Natasha also enjoys the research and analysis that goes on behind the scenes when creating a financial plan. Every plan is different, so it’s always engaging and challenging to find the right solution for each client.

In addition, Natasha likes building cashflow models and seeing the value these can bring to client meetings. The models help to answer some of the big questions clients have about their future.

Natasha really enjoys being part of a team and working alongside positive people who are passionate about what they do. She says she “feels grateful to be part of such a supportive team”, and has learned a great deal from her colleagues during her time at Bluesky.

Outside of work, Natasha loves getting the chance to flex her creative muscles. She loves drawing and painting, specifically creating digital art which she likes to turn into little trinkets and gifts for her family and friends.

Natasha enjoys picking up new hobbies – her latest project is learning to sew and making clothes with her grandma which she’s found really special.

Natasha also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and likes to travel whenever she can. On top of this, Natasha loves reading, and will have her nose buried in a book whenever she has a bit of free time.
